John Maley
FOUNDER & CEO
John founded Everest Search Partners with knowledge brought on by 20 plus years in corporate talent acquisition and agency executive search . His experience brings a consultative approach, an understanding of "what good looks like" from the perspective of the client, and the ability to source top talent. On weekends, John can be found at various East Dallas sporting functions in support of his two daughters, cooking or grilling, and working on projects around the house. John holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Carin Compton Asby
Carin benefits from her experience and contacts on the corporate, public accounting and big law firms, where she's conducted full life-cycle recruitment of. In her role with Everest she's responsible for creating business opportunities while sourcing top talent for presentation and selection to clients. Carin holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Shannon Sutter Cruce
Shannon is passionate and focused when it comes to addressing her customers' needs. She brings corporate and agency recruiting experience which gives her the ability to understand the opportunity and deliver the appropriate solution. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
