John Maley: President and CEO
John Maley founded Everest Search Partners in 2016 after spending 10+ years in corporate Recruiting. His corporate and agency experience gives him a unique perspective on candidates and how they best match up with clients' company culture.
Prior to founding and managing Everest Search Partners, John has held positions in both corporate human resources departments and staffing agencies, where he’s developed an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that businesses face in today's ever-evolving job market.

When not working, John enjoys being in and on the water, hanging out with his wife and two daughters, and knocking back a few cold ones.
Tonya Burke: Sr. Director of Business Development
With over a decade of experience in business development and talent solutions, Tonya Burke serves as Senior Director at Everest Search Partners LLC, leading strategic growth and client relationships. She specializes in staffing and recruiting across diverse industries, with strengths in talent acquisition, process improvement, and business development. Her track record includes roles at Imprimis Group, Talus Partners, and Pro Staff. Tonya holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington and is passionate about connecting top talent with top companies.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and trying new recipes.
