John Maley: President and CEO

John Maley founded Everest Search Partners in 2016 after spending 10+ years in corporate Recruiting.  His corporate and agency experience gives him a unique perspective on candidates and how they best match up with clients' company culture.

Prior to founding and managing Everest Search Partners, John has held positions in both corporate human resources departments and staffing agencies, where he’s developed an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that businesses face in today's ever-evolving job market.

When not working, John enjoys being in and on the water, hanging out with his wife and two daughters, and knocking back a few cold ones. 

Tonya Burke: Sr. Director of Business Development

With over a decade of experience in business development and talent solutions, Tonya Burke serves as Senior Director at Everest Search Partners LLC, playing a key role in driving growth and strategic relationships. She specializes in innovative staffing and recruiting solutions across diverse industries, with expertise in talent acquisition, process improvement, and business development. Tonya has a proven track record of success at organizations like Imprimis Group, Talus Partners, and Pro Staff. She holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington and is dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with leading companies. Her leadership and commitment to client satisfaction have earned her industry recognition, and she remains passionate about building high-performance teams that drive business success.

 

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and trying new recipes.
